J T MOTORSPORT KARTING.

This is my way of having my own bit of cheap motorsport fun when im not away looking after other peoples cars.

The Kart is an Intrepid Silverstone Chassis powered by a 125cc - 2 Stroke, Water cooled Rotax MAX engine with maximum revs of 14,000rpm. All engines have their own log books and are sealed, allowing only authorised dealers to strip and rebuild the engines. This way the racing is very close with the emphasis on driver skill and kart set-up techniques rather than who has the biggest budget to make their engine the quickest.

In my first year of racing in 2006 i decided to do some none MSA racing to learn more about Kart set up & racing in general. I chose to race at Wildtracks Karting in Suffolk as the Rotax class looked very competitive. I Managed to finish 4th overall in the championship & bring home a few trophies. 

2008 season i am competing in the GYG MSA Championship at Glan y Gors Park North Wales.
